Who I Am
I am Joan Thompson, known as "Pat" to my friends and clients! Born and raised in Rhode Island, my husband and I immediately fell in love with Homosassa and the Nature Coast after visiting friends here. We decided to move to Florida in 2005 and have lived in Sugarmill Woods ever since.

What I Do
After house hunting and eventually building, I realized that my previous career as a real estate paralegal was simply a prelude for my passion in real estate. I obtained my Real Estate License in Florida in 2014, became a trusted real estate advisor to many, quickly entered the multi-million dollar club and earned ABR, SRES, and MILRES Designations.
